I am getting better! I recently came across this recipe for Grilled Tilapia with Peach BBQ on the Food Network site compliments of Paula Deen. I have to admit I was intimidated by the fact I had never made Tilapia before but this recipe was so simple and I will definitely make it again. I worked at Bonefish Grill for a while and learned a lot about the flavors and qualities of different cuts of fish. Tilapia is a flaky, white fish that is extremely light and doesn’t have too much flavor alone. That is why this recipe attracted me- the bold flavors from the peach bbq sauce really complimented the fish well. As I am writing this I remembered the delicious Mango Salsa from Bonefish, but thats for another day!
